On January 12, 2026, we officially became Zebraworks: a transition that’s been years in the making.
When we merged with nQ in 2020, we had a bold vision to build the first legal platform focused on Invoices-to-Cash. That meant tackling the exceptions that causes normal automation to fail. We do the hard work of automating the manual exceptions that slow law firm billing and collections, and apply AI to leverage strategic exceptions for faster cash flow.
Why Zebraworks
Over the past few years, we’ve:
- We’ve brought over 80 firms live on our Invoices-to-Cash platform
- Improved cash flow by a median of 5.6%
- Reduced the number of days in firms’ billing cycles by 15-25%
Zebraworks is designed to fit the complexity of law firm operations – the outliers, edge cases, and exceptions. Because in fact, exceptions are the reality, and Zebraworks is built for the business of exceptions.
This transition marks a major milestone in the company’s evolution: “We’ve spent the last several years building the first true Invoices-to-Cash solution for the legal industry. Today, more than 80 firms rely on Zebraworks to accelerate cash flow, reduce lock-up, and manage the billing exceptions that stall bill delivery and collections. This rebrand reflects that focus, and our continued momentum,” says Bill Bice, CEO.
